Dustin “Bigfoot” LaBat
Vice President of Sales
Dustin LaBat is the Vice President of Sales for Axis Oilfield Rentals, LLC. remotely operating from Houston, Texas concentrating on the sales and customer relations successes of the three operating divisions of the Eagle Ford, Permian Basin and the Gulf of Mexico Regions.
He has over seventeen years of sales experience, thirteen of which have been in the oil and gas industry, including past VP of Operations roles, and various sales Executive positions. His expertise includes the forming of lasting relationships with high level executives to field personnel. He has helped develop service and maintenance plans for all equipment in the AOR Fleet and has assisted Field Technicians with repair, maintenance, delivery and installation of surface rental equipment directly with 3rd party safety group in developing a safety plan.
In addition, he has completed a variety of courses over the years within the industries standards, those include: Safeland/PEC, Behavioral Based Safety (BBS), H2S, TWIC and is effective in driving quality within a fast-paced operating environment with customer service as priority number one.
His sales leadership has proven to be an asset that has followed him over these years, while working on high profile oil and gas projects in the three assigned areas of field activity. He has served on Executive Leadership Boards, and is a vital part of the contract and MSA preparation and negotiation within the AOR organization. His organizational memberships include: Association of Energy Service Companies, American Association of Drilling Engineers, and in the past VISTAGE . He volunteers as a sponsor/participant for a variety of local Sporting Clay Chapters, along with assisting the local Houston community. His dedication to his career and passion of driving immediate response and a quality product and service with excellence in results has been a staple to his character.
